During a 30-year career in financial markets infrastructure, Ian has worked for the London Stock Exchange, the International Petroleum Exchange and Euroclear. He has held positions in product management, sales and relationship management, public affairs and communications and marketing.
Most recently, he was Head of Internal Communications and Group Head of Marketing for Euroclear.
Ian holds an MA (Hons) in Law from the University of Cambridge (UK) and a Postgrad Diploma in Digital Marketing with B2B from the Institute of Direct Marketing. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Digital Marketing.
Based in Brussels, he is also a director of Anglo-Belgian charity, “The Giraffe Project”, which educates deprived children in the mega-slums of Nairobi, Kenya.
Jamie has spent his career (so far!) in online marketing agencies and ad-networks, covering a broad range of sectors from tech start-ups to established scientific research and retail.
As a qualified Google Analytics and AdWords professional, he develops scalable campaigns in new markets every day.

He holds degrees in Politics and Philosophy from the University of Sterling and from King's College London.
Working in Berlin, a vibrant location for tech firms of all types, he is often accompanied at work by his french bulldog, Floyd.
Marcena is our CFO and a key part of the client experience at Flagship Marketing, ensuring everything runs smoothly for clients on the financial side.
Her background is in publishing including spells at Heinemann Educational Books and at Readers' Digest, and she has an editor's eye for detail.
She also has a strong social focus, which reflects our concerns at Flagship, having worked in housing associations in central London and other charities.
Marcena has also worked in the marketing agency world for a dynamic design agency, specialising in packaging for well-known retail brands.
Living in the city, she doesn't have much opportunity to indulge her love of horse-riding, but consoles herself by walking her greyhounds and skiing whenever she can.
